I realized this wasn’t a one-time scenario. There are times I feel the urge to drop what I’m doing to do something that has suddenly popped into my head. In fact, it’s much worse when I’m alone.

It’s almost as if I have “To do list” tourettes.

You know, when your mind is wanting to focus so badly and be present, but then you get jarringly interrupted with thoughts in the form of random “to do list” items...
